It is challenging to find authentic Chicago style pizza in Tennessee, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover Pinktis in Knoxville. Being familiar with Lou Malnati's, Gino's, and other Chicago favorites, I was excited to try Pinktis and it did not disappoint. It felt like a piece of home and I can't wait to visit again.
