they bother to have a dry age fridge upon entering. if you do this, the beef should be better than a fast food chain. steak cooked rare instead of med/rare and so tough I could not eat it. lamb two ways was so salty it...was sent back. it was returned without the sauce, but all the original food. avocado puree for the salad also inedible. no idea who writes these reviews or where they normally eat, but I am confident...
