Associated with Wheely bar.... Inconsiderate manager and totally ignorant of the neighborhood. Restaurant food good but with this associated business its better not to attend. They have 2 different clientele in mind. Formal dining and totally informal type of bar. People fighting in streets when drunk. Cars spinning and revving motorcycles.
