Hilarious! They have two entry means we could drive in and out from both side. Then when I try to fill the petrol the ridiculous staff said I was in a wrong way, said I shouldn’t entry from the side entrance and refused to give me the permission to fill the petrol. Hilarious experience at Caltex Klemzig! The place has two entrances, so you can drive in and out from either side. However, when I tried to fill up my petrol, the staff rudely told me I was going the wrong way, saying I shouldn’t enter from the side entrance and refused to let me refuel. There was no sign indicating that entry was prohibited from there! When I asked, the staff said it was just common sense and no sign was needed—how is that fair? What’s worse, I wasn’t the only one confused and frustrated; another customer behind me felt the same. If you don’t like your job, just don’t do it. Terrible service. By the way, the menu options inside the restaurant seemed decent, but this experience really overshadowed everything.
The tyre inflator hose at this service station has been broken for months. Despite repeated requests, they haven’t fixed it and seem indifferent to the issue. I recommend using the service station on the other side of the street instead.
While paying, I casually asked if the servo is still affiliated with Coles, and the cashier suddenly got furious. It’s fine if they’re no longer connected to Coles, but there was no need to overreact like that. Really disappointing behavior.
