The appetizer was perfect and that's where I should have stopped. I ordered 5 different tacos and 2 of each to share. The pork rind tacos were perfect, tripas were dry, lengua was tough and overcooked, asada meat would have been better if it was made to order, the pollo was boiled with seasoning.
