We had a good stay here. We were staying for an event in Kinross so really just used the hotel to sleep Angie was super friendly and the location was perfect for us had a couple of pints in the Bar but otherwise spent very little time in hotel facilities are as advertised it is NOT super deluxe but EVERYTHING works and there are tea and coffee things in the room beds were comfortable and it was all nice and warm. The bathroom was fairly new, and although the water pressure could be better, it was sufficient for a nice shower. Angie, the manager, was extremely helpful. I had a terrible experience at this place, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable—there were spiders everywhere! When I reported the spiders in my room, bathroom, and hallway, they just handed me a vacuum cleaner and expected me to clean it myself. Really? The windows were dirty, and the state of the toilet was disgusting. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so I couldn’t even take a shower. Truly, it was the worst experience of my life! I struggled to find anywhere else to stay since everywhere else was fully booked on that Saturday night. I left the very next day after just one night!
I do not recommend this hotel; it was a terrible experience. The place was in really bad condition and had a lot of spiders. When I reported the issue to the staff, they merely gave us a vacuum cleaner to deal with them ourselves. I've never encountered anything more disgusting. Rooms: 1, Service: 1, Location: 1.
