Ordered via app arrived after 70 minutes, ok not too much of a problem so far. I thought that maybe everything is being prepared now, people are busy etc.. The pizza came frozen, not only was it not burnt (as is usually the case with a pizza) but it was completely frozen, definitely made hours before. The taste nothing special.
