I absolutely adore this charming little spot in Kingston. It is located in a quaint, historic house right off the main road, with a beautiful farm that really shines in good weather. The farm-to-table menu is delicious, and the atmosphere at the Rabbit Hole Bar is just delightful. The service is always top-notch! Yesterday afternoon, we went to use a gift certificate for friends and ended up indulging in a cocktail. It was impossible to resist ordering from the tempting menu. We tried the Gremolata Encrusted Seared Salmon with Spring Rain mixed greens Celeriac Salad, Lemon Vinaigrette wild Foraged Huckleberries, and the Gnocchi made from German butterball potatoes, with white wine celeraic cream, sundried cherry tomatoes, roasted pick-up, roasted pine nut, and Maggie's Farm Sor. Paired with a glass of Zinfandel and Chenin Blanc... perfection!
