let me start by saying I love this place the food has always been great here until the today ..we ordered online which said our food wouldn't be ready for an hour ok they're busy got there the lady was real nice like everyone there is..got back to the house about 15 minutes the pizza was cold the wings were cold as well.. note to self don't order online again just go inside to eat..still my favorite pizza View all feedback.

We just moved to Kingsport, and ordered from this store twice. The first pizza was ordered with stuffed crust, but came with regular crust. The second order was supposed to be extra cheese. No extra cheese, barely regular cheese. And, honestly it has the flavor and texture of a Little Caesars...at twice the price. Usually, PJs is our favorite pizza, not so for this location.
