They lost my business when they started charging an EXTRA 3% to use a credit card. Merchants are supposed to pay their merchant fee not the customer. It is the cost of generating much more business and they know that! The customer already pays a much larger fee than the merchant. It is so WRONG to add their fee to the cost of the purchase.
