Wow. Whoever the manager is needs to step up and assist the staff when busy. After our lovely Jaunty ride our driver recommended Monk's Lounge. The food was ok. Not great for an upscale hotel. And the staff was working as fast and hard as they could.....obviously short staffed....upper management needs to get off their duffs and assist. All hands on deck.
