In the last 6 months have been several times at the Universal Cafe and can say that the entire facility is wonderful. They have a large outdoor dining area, covered by many trees and permeated with gardens. I was told that it is managed Italian and that authentic ingredients are taken from Italy... and it shows! Very poor service. Waited for long time to give the order and after that Waiter comes to us and tell us that there is too much rush and it will take long time to prepare the food.
