Our return flight home was cancelled so we had an unexpectedly beautiful evening at the Perry Hotel. Delicious salmon food in this beautiful restaurant was incomparable. Followed by another healthy delicious breakfast made of steel oatmeal with fresh fruit. We finished this unexpected delay with a delicious lunch before we wanted to fly home. The food is good. However, they recently started putting autogratuity of 20% on every order. Not talking large parties here...Just a single person ordering a single meal. No longer is a tip earned...at salty oyster they just feel entitled to it so they're going to take it from you.
