I made a phone call today for several employees. My Kettle Falls Subway server Nakia was wonderful. She was told with my order and had every name on her sandwich. When I picked up the order, she made sure that I could pay and pick up without waiting for the customers who made their orders. I guess the staff respected my timeline for picking up. Thanks.
