What User dislikes about Prezzo:
I paid $16 for pasta, which I felt was overpriced, especially given the poor service. I'm disappointed and won’t be coming back. When I asked the waitress why no one had checked on us or asked if we were enjoying our food, she explained that there were only two servers on staff and that it wasn't very busy at the moment. 14:45 Pretty drab atmosphere to be honest, Service was ok'ish! I can't remember the name of the young lass waitress but as we were waiting to be dealt with she was on her phone eating a pot noodle behind the bar leaving us waiting!!
No stars if I could, not even worth 1 start, wrong order, driver said not his problem, call the restaurant, who said it wasn't their problem it was just eat.
Pizzas not even started preparation when I arrived at indicated time for collection, poor communication from staff, toppings missing from 2/3 pizzas
Delivery on time but food was dreadful. It was cold, the pizzas had barely any toppings. Also paid extra for additional toppings which weren’t on the pizzas. Terrible.
