Rickshaw was the one place we kept coming back to. They have non-vegan food, but also many vegan options...at least 5 or more which is great for mountain towns. I love the Tofu Dan Dan Noodles (with peanut butter) and the Cashew Stir Fry had a wonderful, super tasty sauce. We went there several times as it's my favorite in Ketchum. Everything's so fresh! Small selection of vegan options we appreciate as they are hard to find in Ketchum. The interior is small, but cozy, fortunately we have there when opened. The service was missing something, but the food was on it. View all feedback.
