The service at this Chick-fil-A wasn't up to its usual standard. Unfortunately, I received a hard cookie and, when requesting a replacement, got another hard one. They didn't have warm cookies and seemed surprised when I asked for a refund. It would be great if they could ensure customers are informed about the freshness of the cookies and perhaps discard the hard ones. View all feedback.
