Good crêperie, atmosphere 'as at home'. The salt map is very small, but the supplement shiitake opens really interesting possibilities (andouille shiitake . Too bad the pancakes are a little clear, maybe this recipe with some wheat flour, I prefer without. The dessert crêpe was just excellent, caramelized apples tatin and flambées at Calvados.
