im begging for you to adjust the estimated wait times if its not going to be ready when the mobile app specifies. placed an order at 10:40, said it would be ready at 10:50. i had to be at work by 11 but since it's right next door it's not an issue. got there at 10:53, and the drink was still not ready. i waited and waited until past 11, and it was finally ready at 11:10 but only because i asked the barista about the...
