The concept is like Chipotle or Moe?s where you can pick your own toppings and price is based on the pie size. Lots of veggies and meats to choose from. I choose meatless with ricotta,garlic, red onion and mushrooms. I should have added salt pepper and oregano. It was a bit bland but the crust was thin and perfectly cooked.
