Today I went in on fish taco friday, I’ve never had them before and the girl taking my order recommended them and I ordered. Let me just say wow! The customer service was amazing. What Humboldt Mushroom doesn't like about Carmelita’s Cocina:
I really want you to succeed Carmelita. But it's not working out. I love the atmosphere and cleanliness. The staff is very pleasant. The food is surprisingly bland, dry, unseasoned and devoid of love. I'd suggest forgoing the fresh handmade tortillas and focus on flavor and delivery. I honestly want you to win but it's not going to happen with the recipes you are currently serving. Fire the chef. View all feedback.
