Takes at least an hour for every delivery. Can't ever get your order right. Anyway that's grand wouldn't even leave a bad review for that but last night we rang at 9.45 for a small order. 3 or 4 items and of course waiting for the standard hour and then the order was wrong as usual. They forgot the child's hamburger. Bearing in mind it's now nearly 11 o'clock and she's hungry and tired and has to wait for her burger after already waiting an hour. Rang them back and asked could they send it down please. 20 minutes later no sign of it so I ring again and they say its on the way. Waited up till 12 oclock and no burger came. Child was crying and was waiting over 2 hours for a hamburger with just red sauce and they never even brought it or rang to apologise or anything. boycott this chipper. Its an actual joke. I had left one star review on this place before I heard that new people took it over so I give it second chance Have to say I am glad I did the food is so good and new people are so nice too
New owners have really turned this place around food is quality service is fantastic for me best take away in kells
