I was thoroughly impressed by this restaurant. We ended up dining there twice a day during our visit. The owner clearly has a deep knowledge of food and knows how to craft a proper drink. It's refreshing to find someone on the island with such expertise! While I appreciate the other restaurants on the island, this spot was precisely what we were seeking.
