Evangeline's is our favorite restaurant when we visit Tuscaloosa. Just fined here last night. Service is 5 stars. Management is 5 stars. Staff from the hostess, servers and bartenders are always 5 stars. Love the intimate setting and ambience. Food is always amazing! Evangeline's had a great atmosphere and vibe, but it is lacking in quality food and service. Every course I had came out cold which is disappointing. The flavor was good but nothing amazing. My server was great, but sometimes it was hard to reach her when I needed her.
