I went to this place last 2 weeks. And I ordered mini bingsoo. It passed almost 1 hour and I still didn't get my order. When I asked the staff, he told me that they do it by queue..but there was no any queue they forgot my order, I knew because most of customers that came after me already get every order and they already finished them.. .
