With every new visit, I love this place even more and more. Great drinks, EXTREMELY friendly bartenders (really, they’re all lovely and beautiful people), nice and clean design, amazing atmosphere. Places such as Patra are the definition of safe space for LGBTQ+ people, unlike the majority of other queer bars and clubs in Prague. This is how it’s supposed to be. For many years, this was my bar of choice when I had friends visiting the city, celebrated birthdays of some friends or had some chill out evenings. Recent controversy about working conditions for employees and high staff turnover have really made this place feel unwelcoming and cold, so unfortunately I don’t recommend this bar anymore.
