They asserted that we didn’t have a reservation, despite showing the manager our email confirmation. They didn’t make any effort to rectify the mistake, leaving my wife, teenage children, and me to find another place to eat on such an important day. To make matters worse, before I spoke to the manager, the rude hostess claimed they don’t accept reservations through OpenTable! I had hoped the manager would take action... View all feedback.

More than half the restaurant was empty and still had to wait a half an hour for a table.
Waited over an hour for food. Poor service. We will find another option.
