Panera Bread - Kansas City

What User likes about Panera Bread:
I thought that the Mission location was terrible, with the exception of 1 or 2 workers at the Legends, this location is also terrible. They, just like the Mission location NEVER read the customizations and it's very hard to leave a tip when your order is NEVER right!! And again The Sip club is the way to go!! View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
The entire restaurant was unclean, including my flatware. When I requested clean utensils, the staff member at the counter attempted to assure me that they weren’t contaminated with food. However, I found the dining experience to be acceptable. View all feedback.
