Overall we had a great experience. Great location, lovely room, sauna and most of the staff is pretty friendly (had a great experience with the waitress). That being said, the man at the reception is the only negative experience we had. Not really friendly and we didn't feel welcomed in his presence. Everything was fine except the blonde woman at the breakfast buffet. I ordered a deca cappuccino (I don't drink regular coffee because of migraines) and she sighed very loudly and reluctantly walked away, which was very inappropriate. I didn't understand why either.
