It was coolish day, and the coffee lounge was cold inside, I asked them to put the heating on, and they said they couldn't as the airflow was controlled by the centre itself ... did NOT enjoy sitting there furthermore, the coffee was LUKE WARM...... why on earth do people serve luke warm beverages ...
