Lunch during her soft opening, I'm originally from Buffalo NY, so chicken wings in my DNA. After living here a year and a half, I have not found any wings worth writing home. The service was great. The staff was friendly and respectfull. The food was good and hot. Cleanliness was a big issue for me. The bartenders obviously care for their craft. That being said, the tools used to make their craft cocktails were sitting on a bar mat in front of me for over 2 hours being used maybe 3 times.
