Ordered for the first time a few nights ago. The MRS had the Loco Moco and I had the combo plate of steak and lemon chicken. Prices are reasonable and pretty par for the course. Only complaint is the food was not as hot as expected. I had the distinct impression that the dinners sat around for a little while while a driver was found going from Kailua to Kaneohe. Food was ok, better spots around. The review is because after ordering $70+ of food and some drinks, I asked for a plastic cup of ice for my Hawaiian Sun drink I had. She, Ms. Mar, told me they had no cups. When I pointed to the plastic cups the she told me they were only for beer so I couldn?t have one? Lots of places with very kind Hawaiian people around.
