First time back to Panda since the lockdown. My food was so cold. Not only that but the broccoli was barely cooked the beef tasted like it had turned and the orange chicken was just straight-up cold. I asked for fried rice but I got chow mein with a little bit of fried rice underneath it. What the heck.
