My order was placed via home delivery. After waiting 1 hour (which was a known waiting time), the time was suddenly increased by 1 hour. After calling twice, the staff answered us in a friendly manner and offered to cancel the order. The delivery people were not available due to the collaboration with Thuisbezorgd. So mixed feelings.
