I usually don't have any issues at this restaurant, but tonight there was a problem. They were unwilling to resolve it without me wasting more time and gas driving back after they messed up my sub. Normally, they take responsibility for their mistakes, but it seems that's no longer the case. I was really frustrated. I didn't even leave my house after returning home from there.
