I ordered 2 hot dogs and a milkshake from the night crew here just a few minutes ago and it was a bad experience. First they didn't have pretzel rolls, which I was fine with, but they didn't refund me for not having the rolls. Then the 2 hot dogs werediscolored inside and were cold. The milkshake would be the best part but that had a ton of ice chunks in it too. The night crewalso made it very publicly known how they hate making shakes and hate it when people order them. Scalp Ave blows this place outof the water and they will be receiving my business for now on instead.
I specifically asked for only pickles on a 2 for $6 late-night bites burger, but my request seemed to have been completely overlooked because it arrived with all the usual toppings. Additionally, the Wisconsin cheese bites were overcooked. I won’t be dining at this Sheetz again.
In my last two visits for drive-thru orders, I had to wait at least 10 minutes each time. Today, my food sat in the window for around 7 minutes before anyone took my payment (it was only 28 degrees outside). By the time I got home, everything was cold. If you decide to visit, I would recommend avoiding the drive-thru.
I had a disappointing experience with the cashier, Alex. He was quite rude and even yelled at me when I entered the wrong PIN for my card. It seems that customer service might not be the right fit for him given his lack of patience.
