They did a WONDERFUL job. The price, execution, timeliness, and taste of both the photo cake and a custom cake was amazing. Both cakes held up during 6 hours of travel with only ice packs and a prayer, and a day later they looked just as good as when I picked them up. Transaction was all online/over email with no issue. I just don’t like the cupcakes. We picked some up from the lobby and the frosting was hard, like they had been sitting for some time. Also, the almond flavor (my favorite) was overwhelming and way too strong. Don’t particularly love the chocolate flavor either… there’s just something not great about it, almost fake.
