I was disappointed that this restaurant refused to accept the Subway coupon from the newspaper. As a franchise of Subway, they should honor manufacturer's coupons regardless of ownership. I would rather accept the discount and ensure a happy customer returns than risk losing the entire order and potentially receiving a negative review from dissatisfied customers who may never come back. We always visit this restaurant just for the cookies. They are always fresh and the best! We love this specific location.
