E Star - Jersey Village

What Just Saying doesn't like about E Star:
Stopped in for an early dinner, as I’m serving my plate of food, I noticed that the food was not hot, not even warm. I mentioned my dissatisfaction to an attendant and eventually a manager, they offered to microwave my plate which in my opinion should not be the case. I left without eating.
