I love me some Xi'an cold noodles. These taste just like the authentic thing. It's nice to be able to get them in Fairfax instead of trekking all the way up to Rockville. It's the only dish I order, so I can't comment on the rest of the menu. And there's no wait time to buy the noodles. View all feedback.

We ordered Qishan noodle, biangbiang noodle, and the burger/bun, and we didn't like any of them. There's barely any meat in the noodle, not filling at all. The bun of the burger was not tasty. Wouldn't go again. View all feedback.
