A few months ago they started offering vegan sushi with fake fish, and it’s a game changer! It’s so good and the fake salmon is super realistic. Even my omnivore friends that have tried it say it’s almost better even than real salmon (of course, since nothing had to die for it! . Only problem is it’s pricey, but sushi always is.
