This was our first time at Authentic. The restaurant features a modern decor with a relaxed lounge atmosphere. While the menu is somewhat limited, it offers comforting favorites like hamburgers and mac and cheese. There’s a nice variety of cocktails available, but unfortunately, there was only one draft beer on tap during our visit. The food is tasty, though nothing particularly remarkable. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, attending to our needs without being overly intrusive. Overall, it's a decent spot, but it doesn’t stand out among the others.
Wonderful service and the best burgers in Jasper! The cocktails are also excellent, and you absolutely have to try the s’mores dessert.
We were going to eat at a couple of other restaurants in Jasper, Fiddle River for example was one, but we picked you two dinners in a row!
