A recent visit to a local restaurant yielded mixed experiences. Diners reported a strong, unpleasant smell that tainted their meals, leading some to seek outdoor seating. Comfort was another concern, with torn chairs detracting from the ambiance. While food quality varied—some enjoyed tasty dishes, others faced dry entrees—the service left much to be desired, with slow refills and a seemingly disinterested staff. However, friendliness shone through, as appreciating employees and accommodating managers were noted. Despite some positive aspects, many patrons expressed hesitation about returning, suggesting a need for improvements in both atmosphere and service.
This is the 1st time I've had a bad experience here and I've been here alot. Brought a friend with me and I doubt she comes back. Our food was burnt, dry, tasted funny and the employees that we had were rude and not friendly at all.
The food was good. a person on the line filling bowls, as she also gets replacement for food. I can never get teriyaki huh. would be a better system to let someone constantly refill food so that the line moves. but her system is a person who does everything. After all, the guy who looked like the manager made my teller, but somehow muttered as if the girl was going too slow? he also told me I had to wait 7 minutes if I wanted to be a rush, but if I asked about the Teriyaki chicken, he just said they didn't.
Just a general lack of care about doing anything Many things were approaching empty No-one seemed to want to make any fresh items. Only the girl who was preparing meals seemed to be doing anything out of 6 or 7 people working
I have to give them 5 stars simply because the service is great, the store is clean, the employees looked great and the food was fresh. I stopped by tonight (11-7-22 around 7:30pm). I ordered the big plate with 3 entrees. I don?t care for the mushroomchicken but the orange chicken and the steak were great. There were a lot of young people working so I was shocked to seeeverything running so smoothly. Whomever is running this store is doing a great job.
Good food , fast friendly service . Getting in and out of the parking area was a little issue but the food experience was good.
