I would prefer to spend my money at Soluna and support plant-based restaurants rather than at a chain that imposes an outrageous vegan surcharge. Charging $7 to switch to an Impossible Burger doesn’t come off well. If they’re going to charge that much, they should at least offer a creative, homemade alternative.
