This is the third time I’ve received dry, old chicken. The manager hung up on me when I called, and I had to make the long trip back to Jackson to get my wallet. The manager was quite rude, and his assistant kept coughing without a mask and wiping his nose. There was an unpleasant smell of rancid oil in the restaurant, which was really off-putting. I've been to KFC twice, and both times the chicken strips were tough and chewy. Also, the gentleman at the drive-thru was rude and appeared to have poor customer service skills. It felt like dealing with someone who lacked basic training. The rest of the menu did not improve the overall experience.
The young man working the drive-thru was a refreshing change from the usual attitude you often see in that position. He was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Thank you, KFC!
Absolutely fantastic! The chicken was fresh, and the fries were equally tasty. I especially loved not having to cook dinner. There's truly something to please every palate!
I experienced a level of service at this restaurant today that I usually don’t encounter. Upon my arrival, I was met with a dismissive comment: “I’ll get to you when I can.” After a few minutes, he eventually took my order, which included an 8-piece meal and 3 chicken sandwiches. When I got home, I was disappointed to find only 5 pieces of chicken in the bucket, along with coleslaw, gravy, and the 3 sandwiches, but no mashed potatoes or biscuits. However, I was charged the full price. I understand that restaurants can be short-staffed, but that shouldn’t negatively impact the customer experience. Since I live 30 minutes away, I couldn’t just turn around and go back, and no one answered the phone when I tried to call. The man at the window was quite rude as well; he should really be replaced.
