Good swimming pool, we swim in 21 degree but it was ok because pool is covered well by windows. perfect breakfast. Hotel is really good but not exactly in rize,It is 15 min before rize. It wonderful hotel strongly recommended Really clean with good facilities and personnel. Rooms: Clean Safety: Perfect Food drinks: Perfect View all feedback.
What Meshal dislikes about Babillon:
The place is very bad. Firstly, the receptionist’s name is Islam. She was not cheerful and did not deal with us as if she were the owner of the hotel. When I arrived, I asked her more than once about the air conditioning and she told me that it was working. It's a beautiful hotel, The cook Ali glasses at breakfast was very polite and the only person who spoke English, etc.
The hotel is clean but the reception employees style and lies a lot. We are waiting seven hours to change the rooms because of the AC not working be note that there is available rooms in that time!! The baddest services I ever seen.. There is no employee responsible for the bags. Also not answering to our calls.
I wish i could give a less negative star. This is not a 5 star hotel because of the service. They brought a broken bed, requested replacing it, but they did not do so. My room did not have a kettle. Some rooms are accessible only thru small stairs so you need to carry your luggage and baby stroller. The pool was closed. Reception staff are creative in being rude and not friendly (restaurant staff are professional).They are not even trying to resolve the problems I was facing.
I arrived yesterday at 10 PM and now it’s 8 AM the next day and so far I do not like it at all … AC stops working and you can’t turn it on during the night in anyway
Service is not good The people of Service are very rood and they can't speak English the international language The smell of carpets is not good
