First of all, we may not be the only ones who were confused while looking for hotels in Ivybridge, as the Anchor is actually located in Ugborough, not Ivybridge! However, it is a welcoming and cozy pub with nice rooms above. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were enjoyable. I experienced a lack of hot water for three days, even after reporting the issue. The water turned freezing cold very quickly. While they did refund our meal as compensation, the problem was never fixed.
