I’ve ordered from this restaurant more than 50 times. Over the past two years, they’ve consistently filled my bowl only halfway, providing very little food. I would advise against ordering from here. I have numerous photos of my orders as evidence. It seems like the owner is just desperate for money at this point, which feels morally wrong. View all feedback.

The burrito arrived cold and contained no meat, cheese, or salsa—just dry rice, beans, and guacamole.
I waited an hour for my order while a crowd built up around me. It was a typical dinner rush, but it felt like no one knew what they were doing. There was a complete lack of urgency, and no one seemed to be taking the lead. I noticed several customers in the regular line waited over 10 minutes just to pay for their meals after placing their orders. Having worked in food service for many years, I found myself wanting to jump into the kitchen and take control, as it seemed like no one else was. The restaurant was not short-staffed; in fact, there appeared to be a full crew on hand. To top it off, they forgot to include the guacamole I had paid extra for. If I hadn't been on a business trip staying at a hotel, I would have gone to the store, bought all the ingredients, and made the same meal in less time than it took to get my order.
