I am a Melotti Risotto Lover , I almost use only this risoto brand for almost 10 years ... So I was so happy to try this uniq product ... All was great expect a fake Bearnaise Sauce !!! My recommendation ... please do what is your speciality and not denominated a sauce or product if they are not originally prepare and served ... Over all the risotto was good ...
