Very disappointing experience.. ordered online.. was charged accordingly.. 2 hrs later still no delivery.. Called help desk istore many times.. NO HELP.. eventually went in-store.. was told no order was placed.. showed proof of payment from my bank sms proof of payment received from KFC online transaction… They wanted a bank statement.. sent PDF of statement.. was told it cannot be accepted.. need to bring original i...
